in regards to the varieties of cacao that are grown here. In this two-hour sensory experience,
Jyl will lead you through a brief history of Peruvian cacao and the diversity of its growing regions,
what differentiates craft chocolate from other chocolate, and the incredibly diversity of flavors that can be experienced in chocolate when you know what you’re looking for!
